The Department of Law provides the framework for legal research at Aalborg University’s Faculty of Social Studies. In addition to our permanent staff of researchers and administrative personnel, we maintain a large group of competent external lecturers, and the business law and law study programmes partner with economists at the Department of Business Studies.

How can we help you?
We offer all of AAU’s general forms of collaboration. Furthermore, a recruitment panel has been established in both programs under the department, and we have an association that brings together university lawyers, law and business law students and, not least, practising lawyers of any kind. In addition, all the department’s employees take active part in the various academic and professional networks (national, Scandinavian and European) within their specific fields.
